Privacy Policy
Last updated: 28 October 2026
This policy explains what we collect, why, how long we keep it and what you can ask us to do with it. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions.
1. Who is responsible for your data
AmateurSoloGirls.com is operated by SC CioceaSoft SRL. In these pages “we”, “us” and “our” mean the operator of AmateurSoloGirls.com, and “you” means anyone who visits or uses this website.
- Operator: SC CioceaSoft SRL
- Postal address: Bld. Alexandru Obregia Nr 23 - Bucuresti - CP : 041726 - J2002008296407
- Contact form: https://www.amateursologirls.com/contact.php
The address above is the address at which the operator is established and registered, and is the address to write to about anything in this policy.
2. What we collect, and why
| What | Why | How long |
|---|---|---|
| The username and password you choose when you join | To give you access to the members area. The password is stored only as a cryptographic hash – we cannot read it, and neither can anyone who obtained the file. | While the membership lasts, then up to 12 months |
| Your email address, if you give us one | To send the receipt, to help you if you lose your login, and to answer you. It is optional when joining; without it we simply cannot write to you. | While the membership lasts, then up to 12 months |
| Subscription records from our billing partner: the sale number, the amount, the dates, the card brand and the last digits | To know who has access and until when, to answer billing questions, and because tax law requires us to keep records of sales. | As required by tax law, normally 5–10 years |
| Your IP address and the time of the request | Server logs, protection against abuse and fraud, and the country blocking we are required to apply. | Short, normally under 90 days |
| What you write in the contact form | To answer you, and – for complaints – to keep the record of how the complaint was handled, which our complaints policy promises. | Up to 24 months; complaint records longer where needed |
Your card details never reach us. Payment is handled entirely by Verotel, our billing partner. We receive only the result of the payment and the last four digits of the card. We never see the full number, the expiry date or the security code.
We do not ask for your real name, your address or your date of birth, and we would rather not have them. Please do not send us documents you were not asked for.
3. Cookies
This website sets very few cookies, and none of them follow you anywhere else:
- The age confirmation. One cookie remembers that you confirmed you are 18 or older, so you are not asked on every page. It holds a single yes and lasts a year.
- A session cookie while you use the contact form, so that the security code can be checked. It disappears when you close the browser.
If adverts or counters from other companies appear on this website, those companies may set their own cookies, which are governed by their policies, not ours. You can block or delete cookies in your browser at any time; the age confirmation will then be asked again on each visit.
4. Who else sees your data
- Verotel, our billing partner, which processes the payment and holds the subscription. See their own privacy policy at verotel.com.
- Our hosting provider, which stores the website and its database on our behalf and may not use the data for anything else.
- The authorities, where the law requires it – for example in an investigation concerning illegal material.
We do not sell, rent or trade anyone’s personal data, and we do not share it for advertising.
5. Where your data is kept
On servers in the European Union. If any provider we use is outside it, the transfer is made under the safeguards required by the GDPR.
6. Your rights
You can ask us, free of charge, to:
- tell you what we hold about you and give you a copy of it;
- correct anything that is wrong;
- delete what we hold, as far as the law allows us to – sales records we must keep for tax purposes cannot be deleted before their time, but the account and everything around it can;
- stop a particular use of it, or object to it;
- receive it in a portable form.
Write through our contact form or to the postal address in section 1. We answer within 30 days, usually much sooner. We may ask you to prove the request comes from the account holder – otherwise anyone could ask for someone else’s data.
If you are in the European Union and you are not satisfied with our answer, you may complain to the data protection authority of the country where you live.
7. Security
The whole website is served over an encrypted connection (https). Passwords are stored only as hashes. Access to the administration of the site is restricted and password protected. No system is perfect, and we will not pretend otherwise: if a breach ever affects your data, we will tell you and the competent authority, as the law requires.
8. Children
This website is for adults only. We do not knowingly collect anything from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has created an account, tell us through the contact form and we will delete it immediately.
9. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, the new version appears on this page with a new date at the top. If a change matters to you – for example if we started collecting something new – we will say so plainly rather than quietly editing a line.
10. Contact
Anyone may contact us – visitors, members, models, performers, content creators, their representatives, and any person appearing in material published on this website. You do not need an account, and you do not need to be a customer.
- Through the contact form on this website: https://www.amateursologirls.com/contact.php. Choose what the message is about from the list at the top of the form – there are entries for a complaint, for a content removal request, for “I appear in content and did not consent” and for reporting trafficking, coercion or abuse. The urgent ones are flagged as such the moment they reach us.
- By post: SC CioceaSoft SRL, Bld. Alexandru Obregia Nr 23 - Bucuresti - CP : 041726 - J2002008296407 – slower, but we answer every letter.
We deliberately do not publish an email address on these pages: a published address is harvested by spam robots within days, and a complaint lost in a flooded mailbox is a complaint we have not answered. The form reaches the same people, immediately.
Please write in English or Romanian. If you write in another language we will still read your message and answer as best we can.
